Out shooting this morning to see what's around, now winter is here. The quality of this Nikon lens is so unbelievably poor it's not funny. Regardless, this young Australian King Parrot is very beautiful.

We are really really lucky, we really do have the most beautiful birds, I saw so many different species in just a short time in the one location this morning. I never ever take it for granted either. I love them all, and not just the eye-catching colourful ones!
